Your label on our line, or your drawing on our floor
Both routes are normal here. The honest variable is lead time, and we'll tell you up front which path is faster for your order.
OEM — you bring the spec
Hand us a finished specification — model, materials, mechanism, packaging, manuals — and we match it, sample it, and run it under your brand. This is the faster route when you already know exactly what you want; most of the time goes into confirming the physical sample, not designing from scratch.
ODM — you bring a market and a price
Tell us the market, the price point and the channel, and we develop a product around them using our own foam, frames, moulds and patterns. You get something tuned to your shelf without paying for tooling from zero. The trade-off is a longer first cycle, because design and sampling take real time.
We'd rather lose a week on a physical sample than ship a container that's subtly wrong. A photo can't tell you how a recline feels or whether a cover puckers at the seam.
1 · Brief & quote
You send the line, the spec or the market and price. We come back with a quote, an honest lead time, and any spec we'd change.
2 · Sample before tooling
We confirm fit, foam, cover, mechanism and packing on a physical sample so a container never arrives wrong.
3 · Pilot & production
A pilot run proves the line, then we produce, pack for the container, and arrange testing reports if your programme needs them.

- Testing on requestBIFMA / EN bench testing and third-party reports per programme — we don't claim certificates we can't show you.
